Community Event Notification Application

The Rotary Club of Portola maintains a sign board on the corner of W. Sierra Avenue and Gulling Street. The purpose of this sign is to inform the public about Rotary events. The Portola Rotary supports community events and, when available, will assist with approved messaging from event organizers to be displayed on the Rotary sign.

 

All messaging requests need to be provided to the Portola Rotary Club at least 45 days in advance for review and approval by club membership and the Board of Directors. Priority is given to large annual or one-time community events conducted by the City of Portola, Portola School District, Health related activities, and events serving the community interests.
